Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the FMCA Platform, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to and are prohibited from accessing the Platform.

FMCA may revise and update these Terms at any time by posting revisions to the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised Terms. All changes are effective immediately when FMCA posts them and apply to all access to and use of the Platform thereafter.

The Platform is offered and available only to users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with FMCA and meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Platform.

You are responsible for both:

1. Making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Platform
2. Ensuring that all persons who access the Platform through your account comply with these Terms

FMCA offers the following services to Customers:

• Obtain and register for USDOT# and related services
• FMCSA operating authority and compliance, including MC# and related services
• Unified Carrier Registration required filing
• Broker registration services
• Compliance reviews and status checks
• Highway Use Tax filings
• Permits and fuel taxes quarterly state returns filings

Please note that FMCA is not a government agency and is simply providing Services as a third-party. Any advice or information provided on this platform regarding Department of Transportation (DOT) related questions should not be considered legal advice, and FMCA will not be held liable for any actions taken based on such advice or information.

The reliability and accuracy of all FMCA services is totally dependent on the information provided by the Customer and FMCA is not responsible or liable for damages arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
